! ! Challenge Completed on May 10, 2013, Pacific had to fit out their first two-storey project for McDonald’s. It was the burger giants’ first new-build of the year in the United Kingdom and it involved the construction of the external shell by a third-party developer. Pacific drew on their vast experience of working in the retail sector – both as fit-out experts and construction project managers – to deliver a finished product that elicited unprecedented praise from McDonald’s, who have retained Pacific as their sole Scottish contractors on projects north of the Border and in the north of England.
