Marlins Park
South Florida South Florida Commercial Commercial Project Overview Project Overview Marlins Park opened in 2012 on the site of the former Orange Bowl. A distinguishing feature of the stadium is its retractable roof; not because it’s retractable, but because of the massive site-cast track beams it moves on. The concrete shell is approximately 750,000 square feet of cast-in- place elevated concrete decks and rakers that support the precast stadium. Baker, along with Form Works, Inc., were the joint venture concrete contractors for the massive stadium project. Location: Miami, FL Size: 48,500 cy Completion Date: August 2010 Marlins Park
