The requirement The Vanguard Class ballistic nuclear submarine HMS VIGILANT is the third in Class to undergo a LOP(R) at Devonport. This is a challenging and complex project with a target programme of 162 weeks. The joint Babcock and MoD Project Team’s challenge is to safely deliver HMS Vigilant back to the Fleet to agreed time, cost and quality. The overall timescale of this Long Overhaul Period (Refuel) will be dictated by the refuel process
