Maple City Greenway Phase V Bike Trail

Maple City Greenway Phase V Bike Trail Client: City of Goshen, Indiana Location: Goshen, Indiana Donohue’s South Bend office designed a 2.0-mile bike path to provide recreational opportunities for bicyclists and pedestrians. This is the fifth phase of a larger plan that provides paths throughout the City of Goshen. This section of the trail begins at Wilden Avenue, passes through unused portions of a cemetery, and then crosses Rock Run Creek on a relocated historic bridge. The path also crosses beneath SR15 utilizing a retaining wall and rebuilt slope wall. This project is the winner of a 2012 “Partnership for Transportation Quality Achievement Award” from Indiana Department of Transportation.
