Case Study Mallard Road (Homebase) Bournemouth, Dorset Mallard Road (Homebase) The renovation, repair, alteration and conversion of a former grade II listed bus depot and redundant bus wash building required extensive concrete repairs in order to create new retail outlets at Mallard Road, Bournemouth. The former bus depot was built in the 1950’s and had the largest single span concrete roof in Europe at the time of building, hence its listed status.
