With vessel certication for their Fire Alarm & Detection systems the most crucial commissioning criteria, NGV has chosen Kentec’s Syncro ASM single loop, analogue addressable, re control panel at the heart of their latest project – a 34m aluminium Fast Oshore Crew Boat, with a 50 passenger capacity, built for a Malaysian oilrig company. The system is supported by Hochiki open protocol re data communications, and integrated to up to 50 Hochiki devices for each vessel, installed in the wheelhouse, main deck, below decks and the engine room, as required by relevant compliances.
