MAKE UP AIR AND NEW CONVEYOR Problem: Product was not cooling properly thus leading to quality issues. PTS determined the cause of quality issues installed a new cooling conveyor. Solution: After investigating possible causes, an air balance was completed and results determined that there was not enough air being returned to the roasting room to replace the air being removed by all the exhaust fans for the roasters and cooling conveyors.
