1 Client Case Study: CHALLENGE With little engagement from employees and an ad-hoc communication style, Essilor Canada recognized the need to overhaul their internal communications strategy to increase morale. They wished to move away from their previously reactive approach and introduce a more proactive process for interacting with key company stakeholders. Utilizing years of experience in campaign development, Magnolia worked with Essilor’s internal communications department to launch Project EyeLuv, a company-wide campaign to engage employees and bring awareness to the importance of eye health.
