London Wall - diverting utility services for the London Wall development project – Clancy Docwra London Wall Place Description: The requirement of this scheme was to identify and divert utility services for the London Wall Place development based in central London. A key component of this project was the diversion of a district heating scheme serving the area. Challenges: The diversion of the district heating to suit the new development, whilst maintaining uninterrupted supply during the works in an urban environment was a very challenging task.Key Achievements: Excellent workmanship and diligent planning meant that we were able to overcome potential challenges such as complex utility interfaces, working on public highways, dealing with live services, operating within a historic site
