LOCH MAREE WTW NANOFILTRATION Project Description: RSE were engaged to design and construct a new WTW to replace the existing works. We approached this project with an innovative solution utilising modular build skids. This approach allowed all process equipment to be assembled off site at our Muir of Ord facility. We pre-assembled and commissioned the three membrane feed streams, membrane stacks, Sodium Hypochlorite dosing, Soda Ash dosing, CIP chemical transfer, inter-connecting pipework and sample back boards, prior to shipping to site. Our solution significantly reduced on site working within the purpose built 800m2 portal frame building, where the majority of the mechanical installation on site was completed in 12 weeks.
