Data was collected via an EPOS system recording use of membership cards. The main issue the council wished to address was how to efficiently turn data into collected meaningful information at a quick speed. As a proof of concept, within a couple of days Connexica provided the Council with a number of reports including Dashboards and Maps based on a set of anonymised data from the council.
