Background Axis completed a project at a Financial Institution in Canary Wharf that involved the redecoration of walls, timber doors and frames in a twelve phase programme. In the two lift lobbies, the broadloom carpet was stripped and replaced with a black slate floor with carpet tile inlay. The timber panelling was removed and replaced with white backed glass to finish the space and the result was a brighter and more welcoming lobby area
