Due to a change of ownership in Lend Lease’s ‘F.M.’ arm/operation, Nationwide were fortunate enough to be chosen as their preferred maintenance partner and so were able to undertake all these ‘delap’ works prior to this handover upon the many varied and notable Lend Lease constructed buildings throughout the Country including the initial batch of 19 No. new Birmingham schools completed beneath the Birmingham B.S.F. Banner which also formed part of this sale of ownership. The Initial Birmingham School works/repairs took place over a 18 week period and would entail various elements of Joinery, Drylining, Roofing works, Re-Glazes, Furniture repair and replacement and redecoration upon completion at each location, the majority of these repairs were carried out within either the School Hol
