Broadway Academy, Birmingham Full Internal Fit-Out Lend Lease £520’000.00 This Academy was the final of the three 'Pilot' schemes that Nationwide were engaged to carried out the full internal Fit- Out on for Lend Lease at the commencement of the Birmingham B.S.F. Programme. Our works generally consisted of our usual Joinery Fit-out package which included Doors, Frames & Ironmongery sets, Skirtings, Architraves and Windowboards etc., but we also carried out a few welcome and diverse elements to the build such as some 25ft tall Acoustic folding Partitions, a number of Velfac Windows and Doors, some external Steel Doors, a number of Reception counters, some laser cut ornamental timber cladding/panelling and a large amount of Timber cloaking to the observational Mezzan
