Overview Lantmäteriet is a public authority part of the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation. It maps the country , demarcates boundaries, and helps guarantee secure ownership of Sweden’s prop- erty. It also provides services for subdivisions or changes in land boundaries. Lantmäteriet manages applications for registered ownership and entry into the property register. Challenge Over the years the Lantmäteriet responsi- bilities have grown and its stakeholder base has expanded. Lantmäteriet has over 2,000 employees and provides information to ap- proximately 20,000 external users, from banks to farmers and general citizens.
