The application was for a nearly total redevelopment of the existing Newport on the Levee (NOTL) in Newport, Kentucky. The purpose of the project was to revitalize Newport on the Levee with improved pedestrian and vehicular access and visibility. The project would modernize the dining, entertainment, lodging, and shopping experiences on the Levee.
