The Kloster Eberbach Foundation, located in Germany, implemented DocuWare to streamline its administrative processes, particularly for invoice approvals. Prior to the system, invoices were manually passed through various buildings, causing delays and inefficiencies. With DocuWare, around 95% of invoices are now received digitally, and the approval process, which once took days or weeks, is now completed in under an hour. The system also provides full visibility into the workflow, preventing issues like missed payments or disputes. Additionally, the foundation can now independently customize workflows and processes, improving flexibility and efficiency. DocuWare is also being expanded for other administrative tasks such as customer correspondence and contract management.
