Their factory in Berwick Upon Tweed was built in the 1950’s with profiled asbestos roofs and central gutter areas. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS The building was suffering from water ingress in many areas and as the asbestos roof was quite fragile, they required an encapsulation system to be applied.
