Ireland Department of Health helps citizens rediscover the world
Avanade, in partnership with Accenture, helped Ireland’s Department of Health by implementing a scalable case management solution using Microsoft Azure PaaS and Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This system supported the rapid expansion of an agent-based call center and integrated with the Health Service Executive’s infrastructure to automatically import updated Digital COVID Certificate data. Avanade’s solution enabled efficient handling of citizen inquiries, ensuring seamless access to certificates and supporting Ireland’s public health efforts during the pandemic.
