The Challenge Interserve requested the services of Procure4 to support the strategic review of their Temporary Agency Recruitment procurement, following the acquisition of Initial FM. The project included a wide range of job categories across multiple business divisions within the new entity. The role of Procure4 was to provide additional capacity to Interserve in the merger of Interserve’s and Initial’s supply bases. This needed to be performed with minimum impact on operational activity, with the ultimate aim being to create a rationalised Preferred Supplier List (PSL) with fixed rates and terms in place.
