Challenge LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional network, with more than 400 million members. No surprise then that it offers organisations a great platform to attract talent. Keen to capitalise on this, Zurich Insurance wanted to educate their employees on how to leverage the medium for themselves and the business. Initially Zurich created their own PowerPoint presentations, but with no way of checking whether the message was being absorbed, they came to us to create a more engaging and effective tool. In pretty quick time too. Solution Our aim was to give Zurich’s employees the tools and knowledge to become genuine talent ambassadors.
