Challenge Everyone’s aware of Arcadia’s high street brands. But not necessarily the business behind them or the range of career opportunities in retail. So when they asked us to attract 250 of the top graduates in the country, we had to do something that would get candidates excited about the business, while educating them on the roles and showcasing all nine brands. Solution Our ‘What Our Business Really Hangs On’ campaign positions graduates as the true cornerstone of Arcadia’s success. On campus, eye-catching interactive wire-frame pyramid installations, fashion mag-style ‘find your fit’ questionnaires and coloured hangers for students to submit their responses, were supported with branded giveaways and a stylish brochure.
