Industrial Threaded Products is a family-owned and operated manufacturing business based out of California. With three strategic locations and a single HR manager, ITP needed to find a solution that would help them onboard new employees easier while helping them stay compliant. Before using WorkBright, Industrial Threaded Products had a largely paper-based onboarding process, even though they were using software for some of their onboarding needs. As an HR department of one, Vanessa was spending her time bouncing between locations and hoping that everything was getting scanned right when she was in a different city or taking a much-needed vacation.
