A wide variety of asbestos containing materials were identified including thermal insulation and associated residue, asbestos insulation board ceilings and fire breaks, textured coatings, asbestos containing adhesive, stair nosings and asbestos rope. Decontaminate successfully tendered for the asbestos removal works which they carefully completed over 18 weeks to enable follow on works to commence safely.
