Imperial College London Graphene Synthesis Situation Before using Reactor-Ready it was only possible to make small quantities of Graphene in a small round bottomed ?ask. There was no temperature control, just an ice or heating bath and the additions were done manually. Objective To scale up Graphene production to produce large enough quantities to test in various applications. Results Radleys supplied a Reactor-Ready Duo linked to a Huber 405 thermoregulator, a peristaltic pump and balance all controlled by AVA Software (Level 4) to enable gravimetric additions to be made remotely. This allowed the group to safely scale up the production of Graphene keeping the temperature under control and safely making controlled liquid additions. « Back
