Auth0 helped ORTEC automate about 90% of its cloud tenant registration by standardizing authentication flows and integrating with diverse customer identity providers such as Azure AD, SAML, and ADFS through one platform. Using Auth0 Rules and APIs, ORTEC mapped different identity provider claims into a single consistent model and scripted tenant setup, shrinking configuration time from 10–20 days to just a few. This automation reduced the need for extra full-time staff and positioned Auth0 as the default authentication layer for ORTEC’s planned 800,000 end users.
