Our shaftless conveyors handle the entire process from feeding of the hopper, the transport of waste for further separation, grinding and production of slurry. Altogether, it is a very smooth and trouble- free process for handling of this type of waste. The installation comprises a quadruple V-700 system with 11m long shaft less spiral conveyors inclined at 12°. The spirals feed the waste to a 5 meter long receptive conveyor inclined at 25°. PST has also designed, delivered and installed the material hopper with a capacity of 100 m3.
