SCOPE CUSTOMER VALUE It was Edison Energy’s Team goal to ensure the building’s overall performance was optimized by including energy-efficient design features and directly addressing issues like equipment performance, testing, system integration, building efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and comfort; building staff members were well-trained and possessed the documentation they needed to operate and maintain the buildings’ systems and equipment after turnover; any identified issues were resolved through the commissioning process, not just reported.
