This 3-week project was carried out under our framework contract to provide planned and responsive asbestos remediation for municipal and street properties in the London Borough of Haringey. The works involved removal of asbestos-containing material from parts of one of London's best known film locations. The work at Hornsey Town Hall in North London, was carried out in preparation for an £18 million renovation project that will restore the Art Deco, Grade II listed building to its previous grandeur for community use, with a cinema, perfor- mance, rehearsal and studio space and community facilities plus housing at the rear of the site.
