Case Study – Hebburn Central Organisation The Multi-Award winning Hebburn Central is the first stage of South-Tyneside Council’s major investment plans to regenerate Hebburn Town Centre. The Council have opted to manage the centre themselves rather than employing a third-party operator so that they can encompass all amenities under one roof.
