Hawaii Statewide Enterprise Trac Management System Project Description:IRD has provided and maintained Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) and Continuous Vehicle Data Collection (CVDC) goods & services as well as provision for real-time display via web access throughout Oahu, Maui, Hawaii, and Kauai. There are 30 permanent Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) WIM and 2 CVDC sites that provide volume classication and weight data necessary to assist HDOT in their future pavement planning and design. In addition, IRD has installed and maintained 35 permanent Enhanced Vehicle Collection (EVC) sites on 5 islands. IRD provided web-based, real-time tra c information ASP (Application Service Provider) services. IRD collects and hosts the data as well as providing HDOT with proprietary and secure access
