Have a Bite at The Junction With more than three million people living within 45 minutes of Stoke- on-Trent’s major shopping and entertainment hub, new places to eat are a welcome addition to the community. The Junction is a restaurant complex including Costa Coee, TGI Friday’s, Nando’s and Bella Italia, strategically located at the intersection of Eturia Road and Potteries Way in Hanley area of Stoke-on-Trent. The project was a joint venture between Sladen Estates, Peveril Securities and Characin Developments. Hanley is at the centre of Stoke’s conurbation. The high level of development in the area meant that evaluation of the site for the restaurant complex showed the possibility of signicant levels of radon, methane and/or CO2, requiring NHBC Amber 2 gas protection measurements.
