CHALLENGES In order to improve support to young people in Hackney the service is looking at innovative ways to engage and capture ideas from staff, achieve strategic goals and share knowledge. Capturing ideas and then implementing them is an on-going challenge for Young Hackney and being able to do so brings value across the Young Hackney project. They wished to engage all staff in idea generation and problem sharing as they look at ways to best support the young people in their area. SOLUTIONS Young Hackney introduced Idea Spotlight across all their staff and encouraged them to submit their ideas to improve Young Hackney’s services to young people.
