With more than 12,000 clients worldwide this customer has grown rapidly through acquisition. Although this growth has brought an increased market share and revenue it has brought the complexities of managing multiple inherited software services and supporting escrow agreements. Challenge The customer was aware of the need to provide its end users with long term business continuity plans, however they were faced with three main challenges in legal, technical and security. The existing escrow agreements were held across a range of escrow providers making it difficult for the customer to view and manage its entire portfolio.
