Fulbridge Academy Rolton Group was appointed directly by Carillion Construction to provide mechanical and electrical building services design services on the basis of a performance design scope up to RIBA Stage D to enable completion of contractors proposals and allow financial close. Our team was then appointed by the MEP contractor to complete the detailed design on their behalf. The project comprised minor modification works to the existing school building to allow provision of an additional classroom, extension to the existing sports hall and schedule of works to attend to existing building services condition related defects.
