FSG, in partnership with Johnson Controls, provided complete installation services for 18,000 streetlights for the city of El Paso, Texas CHALLENGE In 2008 and 2009, the City of El Paso engaged Facility Solutions Group and Johnson Controls in discussions regarding a complete retrofit of the city’s streetlights. In 2012, the project began. The goal was to replace all street lights – some 18,000 in total – with energy efficient LED fixtures.
