Electrical services included sub mains distribution, small power and lighting whilst the mechanical services included the installation of a new gas fired heating system, high level has fired radiant heaters, VRV system to serve the offices. We were also responsible for the installation of all above ground drainage, domestic services and controls installation. The scheme was designed by Lachmann consultants, who G&H worked closely with at all stages of the project. The project was completed on time and within budget and is now home to First Bus in Leeds.
