The state reghting school for Baden-Württemberg in Bruchsal serves as a modern training centre for specialists, leaders and trainers in the re department. More than 6,500 people are trained annually at the state reghting school. In 2017, the state reghting school (LFS) was extended with a generous new building. In total, three new buildings with an area of over 10,000 m2 now complete the LFS. The buildings are divided thematically. Building 1: workshop and living area, Building 2: teaching and o ce, Building 3: canteen and casino. With the goal of “People in the re department – live with each other, learn with each other, work with each other”, the designs for the new building matured into a concept that was coherent and contemporary.
