Fire Damaged Reinstatement Bradford Building before And after... Bradley-Mason LLP were originally appointed to provide a damage assess- ment report and budget figures for the reinstatement of a fire damaged nursery in Bradford. Once the damage was assessed, Bradley-Mason LLP worked closely with the Tenant, Landlord and Loss Adjusters to reinstate the premises into a building fit for purpose. Bradley-Mason LLP were then appointed to perform Project Management, Contract Administrator, Principal Designer and Cost Control services of the remedial works. The works involved the strip out and reinstatement of damaged elements of the premises including play room and toilets. The works were completed on time, budget and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
