Case Study: Federation House Federation House is home to “The Federation” part of Co-op Digital. It is a community of digital businesses and innovators in Manchester, built on ethical values. The Challenge Federation House was originally built by the Co-operative Wholesale Society in the late 1800’s. Situated between Federation Street and Dantzic Street in Manchester, the building was redeveloped by the Co-operative Group in partnership with NOMA and last October welcomed Co-op Digital to the top two floors of the building. The eight-storey building (including two basements) covers 71,300 sq ft and was previously used as a warehouse, showrooms, offices and training facilities.
