ENERGY  www.ITPEnergised.com      DTOcean: Marine Array  Optimisation    Project Description  The DTOcean project was a three-year  collaborative project funded by the  European Commission’s 7 th  Framework  Programme (FP7).  The project involved  developing a suite of design tools for wave  energy and tidal energy developers to  evaluate the impact of design decisions  against quantitative metrics such as the  levelised cost of energy (LCOE).
