The Golf Warehouse partnered with enVista to improve warehouse efficiency, employee engagement and inbound processing. enVista optimized receiving through a Kaizen event and 6S principles, trained staff in Lean Six Sigma and implemented the enCompass labor management system integrated with Manhattan WM and Lucas Voice. They developed engineered labor standards, improved workflows and increased reserve storage capacity. Results included faster receiving, lower cost per unit, reduced headcount, higher productivity and anticipated 40 percent better cube utilization, positioning TGW for scalable growth.
