Despite COVID-19 disruptions, enVista restructured its approach and completed 90 percent of the project remotely while also supporting a simultaneous ERP upgrade. They ensured seamless integration, thorough testing and extensive training with dedicated super users. The result was a smooth implementation that enhanced efficiency, improved communication across systems and enabled long-term self-sufficiency.
