Emily Court, Bradford with Yorkshire Housing Starfish worked alongside Yorkshire Housing to deliver 12 new homes at Emily Court, Bradford. Challenge: When Starfish took up the scheme, there was a plea from the client to find methods of saving money, to value engineer the project. The local residents also held great concern for the disruption the building site and work would have to the local community.
