Boggart Hill, Leeds with Connect Housing Starfish worked alongside Connect Housing to deliver 10 new homes at Boggart Hill, Leeds. Challenge: Starfish were commissioned by Connect Housing to build to the Passivhaus Low Energy Building Standards (LEBS) in order to take the sustainable building agenda in Seacroft, Leeds to an enhanced performance. The Boggart Hill site was previously an under-utilised brownfield site, repurposed in order to cater for this sustainable housing need. Works commenced in April 2017.
