Eloy City Hall CASE STUDY Mercury Auditorium Seating Eloy, ArizonaProject Overview Inspired by Eloy's rich history and culture, SmithGroup designed its City Hall as a facility to celebrate the town’s roots and community. It was important to create a destination for the residents to carry on community traditions and celebrations, while also giving back to a community that is largely disadvantaged.
