B&P Lamp Supply upgraded its B2B eCommerce site with Unilog’s CX1 CIMM2 platform to deliver a more intuitive, content-rich shopping experience. As shown on pages 2–3, they improved product data using proper taxonomy, added smart search and faceted navigation, and enabled real-time pricing, availability and flexible shipping. Page 4 highlights early results: over 1,300 new user accounts within two months, rising order volume and significantly improved customer experience through clearer content and smoother browsing. The new site strengthens buyer trust and sets the stage for expanded features.
