Green Park House, Bath The Client Elements Europe manufactured and installed Room Pods for Berkeley Homes new student accommodation scheme in the heart of the historic spa city of Bath. The redevelopment site is a former derelict residential care home at a key gateway to Bath’s city centre. Project Description: 461 Room Pods Elements Europe manufactured and installed 461 student Room Pods over five storeys. Stair cores and corridor cassettes were also manufactured, taking the total number of modules supplied to the scheme to 604. Working alongside architects Stride Treglown, Elements Europe’s design team assisted in the design to ensure the highest level of specification. Elements Europe manufactured three types of bedrooms.
