EHW were commissioned by Service Graphics Ltd for the architectural and contract administration roles in connection with the relocation of their business into new premises. The project primarily involved the knock through of four attached B2 industrial units into a single unit, construction of new mezzanine fl oors and full interior fi t out. The value of the project was £1.5m and was completed on programme and within budget in just fi ve months. Service Graphics Ltd successfully relocated into the premises in 2011 which are now fully operational.
