Dyfatty Residential Refurbishment The initial project brief comprised of overcladding and new windows, soil stack replacement, and decoration of communal areas. Upon further investigation it became apparent that the structure required extensive repair. Through liaison with the local authority housing department we discovered that an extensive internal refurbishment was due to be undertaken in the flats within the next few years. Through collaboration, it was decided that all works would be undertaken within the same project to optimise cost and quality and most importantly, minimise disruption to tenants.
